The ethylene oxide sterilization workshop covers 500 square meters including automatic three-dimensional mask machines, automatic two-dimensional mask machines, automatic C-mask machines, children mask machines, automatic filter machines, welding machines, automatic breathing valve packing sealing machines, spurts code machines, sterilizer and so on. Most of the equipments were imported from abroad.
In addition, the company invested more than 5000,000 and built the quality test center covering 600 square meters.
The center includes precision measure room, physicochemical room and sterile laboratory. Matching with the center, system of testing filtration efficiency and resistance, air tightness test device, the tensile resistance machine, the atmospheric PM2.5 tester, PM2.5 tester, PM1.0 tester, biological safety cabinet, mold incubator, clean bench, electric heating drying box, analytical balance, spectrophotometer, conductivity meter, the dust particle counter and so on were purchased. The main equipments were imported from America.
The company currently has three mainstream products, medical masks, labor masks and anti-haze masks.
