Jiangsu Sunkey High-tech Packaging Co., Ltd was established on 2002 with a registered capital of 80 million RMB. The company enjoys an annual turnover of approximately 220 million RMB in 2015 and is listed on the China Tianjin OTC bourse since March 2013. Sunkey has built up an impressive portfolio, having supplied products for some of the largest international corporations such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Disney, Nestle, Colgate, Unilever, Sony, Dow, DuPont and other 17 Fortune 500 companies. In 2016 there are 8 newly granted invention patents, such as cold aluminum packaging, lithium battery film, industry's first steel plate mold used in China.
We have United States O'Brain Company supplying us with new materials enabling Sunkey to explore new markets in Europe and the United States. In terms of product security, we have in-depth knowledge and expertise; with our product marking and anti-counterfeiting technology using variable two-dimensional code, our customers'products can be easily tracked and identified; Sunkey is in the forefront of manufacturing customized codes up to 30 million codes a day. Our enhanced overall system functionality and performance both hardware and software means finding the right packaging solutions for our customers.
Sunkey is a professional manufacturer of various packaging products, specializing in aluminum foil bags, oven bags, zipper bags, embossed vacuum bags, vacuum bags, air cushion column bags and laminated films.
We have a strong technical force, with more than 260 dedicated employees, successful management practices and rigorous testing system.
As a fully integrated manufacturing center, our facilities comprise of GMP workshop, GMP testing laboratories, product development center, placing critical importance in strict testing, tracking and quality management system. Our production lines include 4 automated high-speed gravure printing machines (up to 12 colors), 3 high-speed dry laminating machines, 1 extrusion laminating machine, 2 solvent-free laminating machines, 8 roll slitters, 28 automated bag-making machines and various processing equipment. Max printing width up to 1350mm, film laminating width 1200mm, and bag-making 1200mm.
