Please everyone, pay attention to the forecasts. Sandy is becoming what is known as Extra Tropical. This storm has a wind field over 800 miles in diameter, and heavy rain, and coastal storm surge. New Jersey is the current target, but with a 800 mile wind field, effects will be felt up and down the east coast. This one will be worse than Irene.
Please make sure your family is safe, then of course make sure the slot car stuff is safe.  Wink

I made it through the storm unscathed and it sounds as if my comrads from the South Shore did likewise.  Not sure about the contingent from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut…
