1. Find out the location of a reset button

2. Press and hold the reset button

3. Keep holding the reset button until the LED lights on the router or modem start flashing.

4. After that, you can access its settings by typing its IP address into a web browser's address bar.

5. After logging in, you'll need to reconfigure your Wi-Fi network settings, including the network name (SSID) and password.

6. Once your Wi-Fi network is reconfigured, reconnect your devices to the network using the new Wi-Fi credentials.
